1、醫(yī)用門扇骨架選用冷軋方鋼管及角鋼、扁鋼等型材。醫(yī)院氣密門門體設(shè)計采用經(jīng)表面噴塑的大平面不銹鋼板材、鋁塑板、PVC鋼板或防火板，裝有密封條，符合醫(yī)院使用的衛(wèi)生要求，門體可有多個顏色選擇。一般醫(yī)用門型醫(yī)用門扇面板選用1.2mm厚壓型鋼板。保溫醫(yī)用門型醫(yī)用門扇面材料選用金屬絕熱材料夾芯板。

　　2、醫(yī)用門扇骨架一概選用電弧焊接，焊條選用E4303，焊縫除注明者外均選用連續(xù)（Continuity)焊接，不得有未熔化、未焊透、氣孔、裂紋燒穿等焊接缺陷。

　　3、醫(yī)用門扇骨架型材應(yīng)先調(diào)直后下料，在平整的場所或工作臺面上放樣后進行焊接，焊接后醫(yī)用門扇應(yīng)校平直，不得逾越容許規(guī)范過失。氣密門廠家門體設(shè)計采用經(jīng)表面噴塑的大平面不銹鋼板材或鋁板，裝有密封條，符合醫(yī)院使用的衛(wèi)生要求。

　　4、平開醫(yī)用門骨架加工制作經(jīng)查驗合格后再鋪設(shè)面板。一般醫(yī)用門型醫(yī)用門扇面鋼板可選用點焊、鉚接(方法:使多個零件相連接的方法)或螺釘聯(lián)接。鋼板之間拼縫處應(yīng)搭接后表里更換斷續(xù)點焊或鉚接。加工完后應(yīng)涂防銹漆(Antirust paint)一道再涂面漆。保溫醫(yī)用門型骨架焊好后涂一道防銹漆，按骨架規(guī)范加工切開金屬絕熱材料夾芯板，將夾芯板嵌入（to insert）醫(yī)用門扇骨架中，一體鉆孔鉚接或螺釘聯(lián)接。
